Pee Lek 59 Restaurant, Hatyai, Thailand. (Non Halal)

After I have not been to Hatyai for more than 10 years, I went to Pee Lek 59 Restaurant on 13th December 2010 (i.e. Monday) and found that the food were still tasty and delicious since the day I patronized it.

The Restaurant is known as Restaurant 59 to the tourists and has been existed for more than 30 years. It is located in the busy town of Hatyai and very near to Lee Garden Hotel & Amarin Hotel. If you are not very familair to the roads in Hatyai, you can always request the local taxi (tuk tuk) to take you there by mentioning  'Restaurant 59' to the taxi driver.

It is still providing very fast service and not pricey. I consider it as a C & G Restaurant (Cheap & Good Restaurant).

Street Food in Hatyai, Thailand.

On the 11th - 14th December 2010, i went to Hatyai, Thailand for a short trip.
Hatyai is located at the South of Thailand near to the boundary of Malaysia.
It took about 3 hours to reach at the Border of Malaysia (i.e. Kayu Hitam) & Thailand (i.e. Sadao) from Penang Island and another 45 minutes to the city of Hatyai.

I haven't been there for about 10 years since late 90s and found that there were a tremendous changes in the City. New hotels and buildings sprung up from nowhere. The traffic is still remains busy until 10.00pm in the dark.

The main purpose of travelling up to there to capture the Scenes of Hatyai together with my buddies Kevin and Matthew.

This is to share the Street Shootings on Food in Hatyai with you.
