The Penang Famous Siam Laksa Stall is located at the edge of Kedai Kopi Swee Kong at the Junction of Burmah Road & Solok Moulmein, Pulau Tikus, Penang.

Originally an old lady was operating the stall and passed away about 8 years ago. Her sons have taken over the stall and they are running the stall now.

I strongly recommended to mix the 2 soups (i.e. Asam & Siam) together and the 2 Combinations give you GREAT!!! Taste of the Laksa.

UPDATED ON 26th FEBRUARY 2011 (i.e. SATURDAY)

On 26th February 2011 (i.e. Sat), Ms. Junita Junit who travelled up all the way to Penang from Kuching, Sarawak went out with me in early morning to have 'Eat Until You Drop!'. We stopped by a number of places before patronized this Famous Siam Laksa Stall.

I found that the Prices have been increased as follows:-

1) Asam Laksa
   Small Bowl - RM3.00 (Increased by RM0.20)
     Big Bowl - RM3.50 (Increased by RM0.20)
2) Siam Laksa (Lemak Laksa)
    Smaill Bowl - RM3.00 (Increased by RM0.20)
     Big Bowl - RM3.50 (Increased by RM0.20)

I find that the increasements were fair and the Tastes of Siam & Asam Laksas were still remained unchanged.

Please take note that the Stall will closed on Thursday and Sunday.
