The ingredients of Yam Rice's Soup are mostly made up of the Pig Organ (i.e. Liver, Intestines, Stomach and etc).

If you do not wish to eat Pig Organs, you can always request the friendly lady not to include in the yam rice soup and also you can select your own choice of ingredients (i.e. Meat Balls,Lean Pork and/or 3 Layers of Pork (Sum Chan Bak) from the steps.

The taste of the clear Yam Rice's Soup is a bit saltish & sour because of the Chinese Salted Vegetable (Kiam Chai). A lot of Chinese believe when you are taking the soup during a warm day, it will help to cool down the temperature of your body. By adding Chopped Parsely (Yim Sai) to the Yam Rice's Soup, it will help to bring out the vibrant aroma.
