Meat of the wild boar is very tender. Another words it is not tough like chewing leather.
The aroma is rich with curry powder.
Eating this dish with bread or 'Bangali Roti' will be great.

The chicken meat is cut into long strips and fried with special flour. It is coated with the plum sauce with a little bit of chilli and sesame seed.
